Some companies not only win a global "BEST" Award from ATD, they "put it all together." It's not enough to apply the latest cool learning methods—online, blended, social media, 70-20-10, flipped, agile… What else is creating and sustaining bold new employee and leader behavior—and significant bottom line impact?
The bar has been raised in the last few years:
- What is now expected of Learning & Development in BEST performing companies?
- What is emerging—not in theory but in actual L&D performance?
- What may be next? Is L&D fostering a new Leadership Operating System?
We will be discussing these trends and specific examples of different routes that "BEST" companies are taking. We will also be looking for your examples and challenges, to share next steps that any of us can take.
