What Women Want was a labor of love with a group of outstanding women including all the actors that volunteered their time for a stipend, the Purse Strings design team, and my Rapid Video Community of Practice team. The video is used as a learning asset for Purse Strings training. I used my new front room as a studio, a friend and professional videographer lent us lights, we shot with two cameras and edited with Camtasia.
This was the second project PSI was invited to complete for the STEP Foundation. PSI partnered with Rebecca Adler to design a user-freindly certification process, in a short time frame, with very minimal SME input.
The challenge creating this series was to nail down the audiences and key messages. STEP SMEs had divergent thinking and it was up to us to sort through and find the key messages. I led the project and formulated the vision, while Brian Kedzior brilliantly developed the engaging video series.
